Željka Milošević was born in 1985. She deals with music from the age of eight. Since 2001. she started playing the celtic harp and in 2013. graduated Harp at Academy of Arts in Novi Sad in the class of Professor Staša Mirković Grujić. In 2008. she graduated Sound recording and design – Master on Academy of Arts, Belgrade and now is working as a teacher in the same direction in the High music school “Petar Konjović” in Sombor. The 2011. she specialized Management of Culture and Art at Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade.
As a harpist she was working in one of the most famous hotels on the world – “Burj al arab” in Dubai, “Four Seasons Resort” in Maldives and “Rixos Premium” in Dubrovnik. She collaborates with numerous artists from around the world as well as with members of the famous group “Galija”.
Željka is the creator and founder of the concept “Harpomania” created within the association “Art Network” in 2008. that includes education for all ages, production of small harps “Harfinna” and “Eufonia“, popularization of the instrument, affirmation of artists and publishing.
Currently also works as president, project and financial manager of the Association of artists “Art Network” based in Novi Sad, Association “Youth cultural center of Vojvodina“, Sombor and vice president of Association “Fabrik Art” in Belgrade. This associations advocate for the research of art and culture, prosperity in the field of information, promotion of works of authorship, raising awareness about the contents and protection of culture and art, collaboration with artists from other countries and cultures. Also she is organizer of the international educational projects within the European Program “Youth in Action” and “Erasmus+” where art is used for non-formal education and for increasing social inclusion of young people. Since 2017. she is president of Association “Choral Society of Sombor” founded in 1870.
In addition to classical music enjoy playing and composing pop-rock, experimental/ambient and Irish-Celtic music. Celtic harp playing and composing for six years in the multimedial group “Feabrik“. From 2013. she is playing pop music in “Le duo”, since 2019. in “Playade” and meditative music, solo, live on yoga classes. Currently she is also part of project “Hilia” and with Tatjana Karajanov Ilić performing meditative improvised music. With a group Feabrik performed at various international festivals and symposiums at home and abroad. Here are some that stand out: Italy: JAWO project and festival 2021; Sardinia: International Harp Festival “Arpe del mondo” 2017; Bulgaria: “International Summer Harp Academy” 2017; Italy: “Parading for human rights” 2016; Germany: “LovEarth through art” 2015; Israel: Rotary Youth Peace Conference 2014; Greece: Workshop for children 2011; Hungary: symposium “Impro Artsympo Prive” 2010; Romania: European International Book Art Biennale 2010; Turkey: Festival “Art for Peace” 2009; Greece: Art Symposium “Zone Zero” 2009; Germany: Festival “Moved Wind” 2008; Serbia: Stretch media biennial 2007. Also, in collaboration with her student, she worked on project “Hylia’s Victory” and published CD in October 2016.
Beside all, she is 200 hour certificated yoga teacher, done her YTT 200 in Bali 2023.
